چکیده
In this research, the non-linear dynamics of drill string system model, considering influence fluid—structure coupling and effect support stiffness, are investigated. Using Galerkin’s method, equation motion is discretized into a second-order differential equation. On basis an improved mathematical numerical simulation carried out using Runge—Kutta integration method. The effects parameters, such as forcing frequency, perturbation amplitude, mass ratio flow velocity, on dynamic characteristics studied under different stiffness coefficients, in which bifurcation diagrams, waveforms, phase diagrams Poincaré maps provided. results indicate that there various model behaviors for parameter excitations, periodic, quasi-periodic, chaotic jump discontinuity. changes from to periodic through inverse period-doubling bifurcation, has significant response system. Through in-depth study problem, can be better understood theoretically, so provide necessary theoretical reference prevention measures reduction number drilling accidents, while facilitating optimization process, understanding rich complex nonlinear deep-hole further vibration

Thermomechanical Analysis of Exhaust Manifold and Catalyst for with Fluid Structure Interaction
Design of exhaust manifold is important due to its effects on performance of catalyst, thermal and thermo- mechanical loads. In this paper, first transient analysis of fluid was carried out with FLUENT software, then time-average temperature and heat transfer coefficient contour for three cycle were mapped on inner surface of exhaust manifold with MATLAB software for thermomechanical analysis. ...
متن کاملAnalysis of a Linear Fluid-structure Interaction Problem
A time-dependent system modeling the interaction between a Stokes fluid and an elastic structure is studied. A divergence-free weak formulation is introduced which does not involve the fluid pressure field. The existence and uniqueness of a weak solution is proved. Strong energy estimates are derived under additional assumptions on the data. The existence of an L2 integrable pressure field is e...

Based on the coupling model of nonlinear oil-film force and nonlinear seal fluid force, a nonlinear dynamic model of rotor system with rub-impact fault is set up. The dynamic characteristics of the system were studied with numerical simulation and the effects of airflow excited force, rubbing gap and stiffness parameters on movement characteristics of the rotor were analyzed. The results indica...
متن کاملDrill string Vibration Modeling Including Coupling Effects
Abstract: The governing equations of motion for a drill string considering coupling between axial, lateral and torsional vibrations are obtained using a Lagrangian approach. The result leads to a set of non-linear equations with time varying coefficients. A fully coupled model for axial, lateral, and torsional vibrations of drill strings is presented. The bit/formation interactions are assumed ...
